If we messed up...

Contact us right away by phone, email, or by submitting a "Contact Us" form below before shipping item back. We will do everything in our power to fix the situation. If item has to be returned we will provide shipping label.

If you messed up...

Contact us right away by phone, email, or by submitting a "Contact Us" form below before shipping item back. Item must still be new, unused, uninstalled and in original unopened packaging. Item must also be returned via USPS with tracking and insurance. Once we receive the item we will inspect it. If the item is brand new, unused, uninstalled and in unopened original packaging you will receive a refund minus 5% restocking fee. If upon inspection we find that the item was opened, used, installed, missing parts or missing packaging there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be based on actual price paid for item. Shipping cost are not refundable. Returns/Refunds must be requested within 10 business days of delivery. We reserve the right to deny a return request or refuse giving refund if this policy is not followed. Any item shipped to us that do not follow this policy will be returned to customer at customers expense.

If the item is messed up...

There are two reasons why an item is messed up. It was damaged during shipping or the item broke due to malfunction/defect. If the item was damaged during shipping please contact us asap and we will help you file a claim or do whatever is needed to resolve the situation.

Most new products ship with a full manufacturer warranty. All warranty claims must be processed directly through the manufacturer. Other products come as-is with no warranty.
